Chinese President Xi Jinping on Tuesday called on the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) to shoulder the responsibility of the times and work together to advance a more just and equitable global governance system.
Xi made the remarks while addressing the « SCO Plus » meeting in the Kyrgyz capital of Bishkek.
